I read an article that talks about leadership styles in ministry. The article allows us to see what kind of ministry leaders (someone that guides others) we are by identifying our strengths and weaknesses. The intent is to allow the reader to grow and "change into Jesus' way of leading".
To help explain these four approaches to ministry, the author looks at how a leader interacts with a group of children.
The author ends the article by relating the four approaches to ministry to the passage in the Bible where Jesus spent time with the children while the disciples stood watching.
