God Believes in You

Written by: Patricia Reyes
In the secular world we have the tendency to apply to a job or school knowing that we qualify, that we meet all of the requirements because otherwise we may not be hired or admitted.
When God makes a calling to a life; places a ministry in ones hands… many of the times we feel unworthy of such privilege, we feel as if we don’t meet the requirement, we feel that we may not be able to take on such responsibility. We begin to make up excuses saying that maybe He made a mistake and that there are other people who qualify better than we do. It is unbelievable to see so many people who get caught up in this way of thinking; luckily God doesn’t make any mistakes, He knows exactly what He is doing, has known ever since before our birth. You see; even when you don’t believe in yourself; God does, HE is our creator… He knows you better, knows best, gives the best…He calls the unqualified and qualifies them.
…it’s not about how much you know or don’t know; how much experience we have or don’t have, if we are known to people or not; it’s about knowing who the glory is to, knowing where your heart should be settled, knowing to be humble, knowing that God has a purpose and as Lord you will follow.
1Cor.1:26-29
