Retreat Checklist - Download it!

As you may know, AJAIC Distrito Oeste retreat is this weekend! Have you packed yet? We have created a handy checklist for you. Take a look at the list below and feel free to download a printable version at the end of the post.
It is going to be a warm weekend so we must highlight that you should hydrate as much as possible. We will provide water during breakfast, lunch and dinner but be sure to have a water bottle so that you can have something to drink in between or at night time when the Lord wakes you up for prayer!
Also, on a previous blog post with a similar checklist, people left comments saying that it is a good idea for the young ladies to pack sanitary napkins - just saying.

Here is out suggested checklist (Download our printable AJAIC DO Retreat Checklist)

  • Water Bottle (It’s going to be hot)
  • Bible and pen
  • Flashlight
  • Towel
  • Blanket*
  • Light Jacket (for night time)
  • Athletic shoes (closed toe for walking around the campgrounds)
  • Personal hygiene items (Men: deodorant – Women: Sanitary Napkins)
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Soap and shampoo
  • Sunscreen (for outdoor activities)
  • Change of clothes for 3 days (do not go over board with this - it is camp not a vacation)
  • Spending money (snacks at camp, for the lunch you are going to buy when traveling back home, AJAIC Merchandise)
  • Small snack for midnight snacking

*The camp has "dorm" style rooms and beds. Usually they have a pillow and mattress but no sheets / blankets.

Anything else needs to be on this list? Comment below

    1. The weather in the higher elevations can vary - definitely a good idea to bring a warm jacket - just in case you are up early praying over the campgrounds and over the city in the distance :)
